We got 150 000$ in funding from the city of Montreal and the provincial governement to get started. We do some laser cutting/3D printing/consulting/electronics contracts and people pay a little for what they use on open days.. that's how we get our income for the lab.
We're looking for interesting ways to get to self-sufficiency.

OPEN ON:
Friday, Saturday, Sunday 10am to 4pm
Address:
1691 Pie-IX Montreal
if you want the full adress for some reason, just ask

Machines
-Trotec Speedy 100 (much engineering)
-Roland MDX-40 with 4th axis(much software engineering, all software are crap)
-Roland CAMM-1 GX-24 (much vinyl, works well)
-Tinkerine Ditto Pro (Canadian Ultimaker Clone, USB port not operational so no firmware upgrade, no live control, we use SD cards, stops for no reason sometimes..)
-FormLabs Form1+ (prints are failing, something I like to call "tearing", some pieces of the printed layer stick to the tank and causes cured resin to build at the bottom of the tank)
-Janome Memory Craft E350 (works as it should)
-2000x Microscope with lowrez webcam
-basic hand tools
-Singer Heavy Duty sewing machine
-Old CRT Oscilloscope
-Plant growing setup
