Meta- is a prefix used to indicate a concept which is an abstraction of another concept. Meta-fab topics are concepts about Fab itself. |

- Fab Lab conformity rating is a self- or community- assessment of a lab. It is a four letter designator for quick summary of a lab's adherence to the conditions for the use of the fab lab label.
