Natasa Christou received her BA and Master's degree in architecture at the University of Westminster(2006-2009 and 2010-12). She has worked in several architectural firms in London,UK and Cyprus. Her achievements vary in many aspects of art and design.2008 she managed to showcase her first art exhibition in London where all the art work was sold in the opening of the exhibition.2009 was nominated with the second highest mark of the year for her academic design project. 2010, was nominated with the 3rd Prize(group work)for a competition for the creation of Cyprus News agency.2012, she won first prize of design and build , in "Politics to Fabrication" workshop created by the Architectural Association hosted in Havana, Cuba. Her academic projects have been published in the University of Westminster OPEN Book for the years 2008, 2009 and 2011-2 and several design blogs. She is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the University of Cyprus teaching architectural design to 2nd years students. Natasa has special interest on parametric thinking as a strategy, computational design as a tool for producing prototypes. She is currently exploring architecture through fabrication methods. She is intending to create the first Fab Lab in Cyprus and currently looking for funding.
