1/2005~ 2013, ADOC-Vietnam & Papua New Guinea Oversea Representative Institute for Information Industry(III) www.iii.org.tw III is a non-governmental organization for strengthening the developments of information industry in Taiwan.

APEC Digital Opportunity Center(ADOC) www.apecdoc.org ADOC was advocated by Chinese Taipei to bridging the digital divide in APEC Area. Until now, ADOC project have established 50 different computer centers in 8 countries.
