What is the process for getting the ssh keys required to log in to MITs mercurial server? To whom are they issued? Can regular Fab Lab users get them, or is it just Fab Academy folks?

Some context: I'm thinking about writing a web-based front-end for Mercurial so that it can be used to share designs between people who prefer the traditional CLI way and people who do not have the IT background required to be comfortable with the CLI. However, I'd prefer to use the existing infrastructure, rather than create a new one out of thin air.
