Last week we went to visit Antti, our student collee and mentor, to Ísafjörður. He is staying there in the local Fab Lab. He taught me how to make a little box with the laser cutter. So the trip was full of snap fitting and offsetting. But also meeting new people, hiking, watching football in a local mancave and getting inspired of the beautiful environment of the lovely town. And of course eating the best fish soup ever!
Pieces ready to snap together. I used 0.1 offset for 4 mm mdf. Turned out to be a perfect match.
Wanted to see how the box looks like with a small decoration.
Took a little time and effort to get the system in my head but well done Antti!
