Here's a Christmas card model I made. For engraving I used 400 DPI, Speed 100 and Power 50. First I cut the right size of the card with the laser, but noticed that it leaves not so nice burning marks. So I cut them with the carpet knife and used the machine just to engrave the picture.

This one was for my little brother who is also a huge Will Ferrell fan. On the left I used 300 DPI and on the right 400 DPI. I was also testing different ways how to use picture. In this case by using the normal image gave the best result.
