The aim is to create a base for the Y-pendulum at Vísindasmiðjan, the University of Iceland Science Centre.
The basic idea is to mill four lines with 45° between them (a "+" and an "x") and a couple of concentric circles around the perimeter of a circular plate. The plate is made of wood and we're going to have the Shopbot do all of our work.
We began with drawing the patterns to upload them into Shopbot computer. As it turns out, there was some mishap with the size when exporting from LibreCAD where the pattern was drawn so we ended up redoing the design in Shopbot.
