How to make Rubber mould Prerequisite Mould made from wax, soft wax, wood, or hard clay. In this process we used wax mould milled on MODELLA Image1
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS AND CARE TO TAKE
- make sure that your mold is milled completely and it appears as per design.
- make sure that mold have sufficient space to accommodate liquid rubber compound.
- Mold should not leak liquid rubber compound.
- There should be enough space above milled mold/impression so that liquid rubber compound raise sufficiently to strengthen and accommodate full impression
- Use disposable nitrile hand gloves while handling liquid rubber compound and casting powder
