Aachen

The Aachen Fab Lab opened in December 2009 as Germany's first Fab Lab. It is hosted at Prof. Jan Borchers' Media Computing Group at RWTH Aachen University. It is a Mac-based fab lab, and offers professional-grade machines for 3D ABS printing, lasercutting, and PCB milling. Check out http://fablab.rwth-aachen.de for details.
