So we just dived right into photogrammetry and started taking photos of objects. I wanted to scan a ring I made out of deer antler. First I set it upright and used small spotligts to get better quality photos. I took 20, or so, pictures walking around the setup, but some of the pictures were too blurry to use so I ended up with not enough pictures for the scan.

I wanted to try a different approach. I set the ring on our heat press bed that is dark rubber. My idea was to have a blank background and roll the object on a small platform. Well the program ended up kind of blurring the ring and platform. The opposite of what I wanted. So this is not how to do it.
