By education and experience I am a Manufacturing Technologist, Designer, Engineer, Machinist, Welder. | |||
I worked for a long time in the wonderful, but tough manufacturing and metal casting industries inventing, designing, building and making stuff. In these industries I taught as much as I knew to others and learned as much as I could from others. Now I'm teaching the amazingness of old and new school manufacturing techniques to anyone interested. I am learning as many skills as anyone will teach me, especially with my involvement with The Museum of Science and Industry Wanger Family Fab Lab as well as a local hacker space Pumping Station: One. Recently I've been enjoying the personal manufacturing revolution and can't wait to see what the future of designing and making stuff is going to be like. | |||
