Open the Makefile

sudo gedit Makefile

Then change this line if you need to

AVRDUDE = avrdude -c avrispmkii -P usb -p $(DEVICE) # edit this line for your programmer

And save the Makefile

Write in terminal

make clean
make hex
sudo make fuse
sudo make program
