sudo make -f hello.ftdi.44.echo.c.make program-usbtiny-fuses
sudo make -f hello.ftdi.44.echo.c.make program-usbtiny
python /dev/ttyUSB0 115200

If you are programming with avrisp, you should write avrisp2 instead of usbtiny.
